Looking for a virtual assistant to perform ongoing various skills for a real estate invesment company in California. Person should be capable of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Should be able to upload videos to Youtube. Should be comfortable with Photoshop to help with marketing materials. Assistant will be taught online applications dealing with real estate such as Docusign, MLS, Zip-forms, CRM, Redfin, Zillow, Postlets. Will be asked to perform mail merge and help with direct mailing campaigns. An added plus would be someone who was able to work with Wordpress to update website. Telecommunications a plus as well. Not sure how many hours to start but will most likely turn into a position for 30+ hours. Depending on skill evolvement bonuses would be considered as well for someone who could cold call.
