We currently have a industry specific software application developed on File Maker Pro 14. We are wanting some additional functionality. We see our needs as ongoing however initially below is what we are wanting to achieve.
The software is called Frame Ready. www.frameready.com
It is specific for the picture framing industry. It is a POS as well as a pricing calculator for custom made products. Additionally it provides cutting lists for the workshop. (we don't use this feature)
We run the software over 4 retail stores with terminal services and the data living on a NAS device at our offices.
We are wanting integration/import/export with a automated CRM email program such as mail chimp or similar.
We capture retail customers data when creating invoices. We also capture prospects through our website with a form, telephone enquires and in-store competitions.
Essentially we want all the customer sources and data to live in one place and expect (but will be guided) that the filemaker application is the right place. We want to actively email to our customers and prospects, ensure we don't email to the unsubscribes, and automate future mailings based on various triggers. e.g Made a web enquiry, we provided a quote, the prospect did not proceed, we want to email the prospect a offer.
We have other ongoing reports we would like to develop.
This role is only for a very experienced file maker freelancer with great job history.
