We are currently hiring to fill positions in our appointment setting department. We set appointments for a locally owned Home Security Company.
We are looking to hire quickly..Seats are limited.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for making prospect lead calls.
• Setting appointments for our outside sales staff.
• Keeping an accurate record of every call made.
• Must meet outbound call goals.
• Must meet appointment setting goals.
• Responsible for relating general product knowledge to clients.
• Strong phone skills required!
• Needs to be an articulate conversationalist with an upbeat personality
• General knowledge of computer hardware and business software
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Needs to work well in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Zoho
Computer with high speed hard wired internet access. NO WIFI
A private work space.
No background noise
Skype (For training, meetings etc...)
Work Schedule: 5pm -- 9pm EST Monday - Thursday (Hours may change based on business needs)
