Call centers and agencies are not welcome so don't waste my time.
1. Must have experience with techsupport/virusremoval, five9 and or zoho.
2. A good PC with at least a quad core processor, with 6 or more gb of ram and windows 7 or higher.
3. A good reliable headset for calls, a stable DSL connection and back up internet.
4. Must be Filipino within Luzon. (for team celebrations, etc.)
5. Must be able and willing to work within US time zones.
6. Must be able to work the minimum of 8 hours a day 5 days a week or more if need be.
7. Must be a team player, no attendance issues and negative attitude towards work.
Rate for the training is $5 an hour (before the odesk fee) for at least 40 hours a week and after a month, your performance will be evaluated and you can be paid for as much as $6-$9/hour plus incentives.
