One is relatively new but with a great domain name that should get it ranking high pretty quickly and I hope you can assist in developing this. I would need a plan on what you propose and some documents to demonstrate strong SEO projects that you have worked on directly with proof that this is your work. Obviously the target is number 1 so the close your projects are to this the better.
