We need a small team of professional, results-driven quality assurance testers and customer service representatives to assist us with a website that is to scheduled to debut on 7 September 2016. These representatives will perform two critical and time sensitive tasks of equal importance:
1. Website QA Testing. You will identify potential coding, GUI, and search optimization tool errors on various OS platforms, browsers, and locations. You will be provided an interface checklist/SOP and a link to the prerelease of our website. You will be required to submit immediate feedback and suggestions back to us for resolution. There will be a minimum of 2-3 major tests performed prior to launch.
2. Content Load Assist. You will make direct contact with pre-established vendors to assist them in loading their content to our website, with a goal of several hundred completed by the launch date. Due to the tight timeline, you will need to be extremely proactive with the vendors, learn fast, and most important, be professional. This assistance will continue after the launch date until your contract ends. All vendors are in Europe, so representatives are expected to be available for this time zone.
This is a full time, one-month contract with a flat rate of $1250 per contractor, split into two installments. There is no time for error, so we expect dedicated support from each contractor. Applicants will be interviewed when your profile is accepted and start date will be based on the release of the beta version of the website, which we are hoping for this week.
