Looking for a game developer to bring a game concept I have to market. I have the story board and characters and game concept. I need a developer to bring the game to life including illustrations for the game. multi level type game - similar to a Mario - where have to get through different challenge scenes and multiple worlds - has predators and power-ups. goal is to collect rewards at the end and rewards can be used for in game power-ups. I want to allow for in game purchases for power ups as well. the objective is to continue to develop the game and add new and more challenging levels. Age group targeting under 10 - but maybe a fun game for older people as well. the attached picture is of the character and an idea of the world he lives in. The price offered depends on the credentials of the freelancer - if they need multiple freelancers, happy to split the work. Hourly rate is fine too.

I am working on a free to play game that will be available to download online. I will need to have something to show before the 10th of September. What I am working on will be similar the the multiplayer matches of classic Bomberman to a degree ( Of course, when not playing in multiplayer, I need to have some semi-intelligent AI filling in the empty slots. Ideally, they should have different modes of difficulty, so a standard easy-medium-hard should suffice. The GML developer I'm looking for should have some experience in advanced AI, and possibly have familiarity with state machines or behavioral trees. I am working on just about everything else, including art, design, and music, and since I am actively working on these things on a daily basis, it doesn't afford me any time to attempt advanced AI on top of the creative process and still get the project done on time. Looking for someone who can deliver quickly so I can try to get things implemented as soon as possible. More work will be available, of course, if things are completed in a timely fashion. That all said this is mostly just a pet project created for a website I own, I don't mind spending a little money but I don't have AAA funds! Let's keep it reasonable. The experience level box says entry-level, but that's mostly in terms of ideal price range. I can go higher but that'll require *exceptional* results.

We are looking for experienced Gaming Programmers proficient in the Unity3d platform using C Sharp (C#) . We are creating a 2d game along the lines of Angry Birds like physics but with much more of a kick. We need help writing a program for a rotating cannon on a moving platform and attaching it to a virtual controller. We will also need to write a program for the virtual controller as well. The cannon will be slave to the virtual controller. We also need help in coding the projectiles although we may have already kinda figured that out. Have programmed the cannon Game Object with Rigid Bodies, Box Colliders, Buoyancy Effecters. We want to create this game to play in a mostly Android/IOS Environment although we are also looking at it being played on a PC/MAC environment. We have created and developed most of the artwork. Will need for the programmer to sign a Non-discloser agreement and non-compete clause. Will need for the programmer to make themselves available after the work in case the program glitches to make corrections.

I am looking for some help in developing a game in HTML / XDK. The game is a point and click 2D game which involves some problem solving. The graphics only need to be basic and nothing too flash. The most important aspect of the game is the content - ie the problem solving and how it is done. It is based on a current game, therefore there won't be too much thinking involved. It will not be a straight copy of the current game, there are changes so it is more individual. The only condition of this project is I need someone ASAP and would need it to be completed within a month, therefore someone who is available right away and has previous experience in HTML5 and XDK is essential. We are looking for someone who can do the back-end programming to take a "Talking Tom" type character and program that character to tell a story using a script for inclusion into our new mobile app currently in development for kids 4-14. The voice is already produced and recorded for radio. It's dynamic -- changes every day. We'd simply like have an option for kids to be able to select "Zach" (our character) to read the story to them. We'd also like him to do some kind of activity when you push a button, but we're not sure what that looks like yet. We're basically looking for a quote. An animator is going to do the animation. We are looking for a beginner to intermediate level developer to help build an initial prototype of a multiplayer cooperative dungeon-crawler type game in Unreal Engine 4. The primary goal at this stage is to develop a procedurally generated dungeon system. “Unreal Engine 4 Dungeon Architect” (see links below) is the perfect example of what we are looking for: The goal for this project is to either build similar functionality from scratch (let us know if you think you’re up for it), or to use the Dungeon Architect plug-in in order to meet the following criteria for the procedural level: - The level must be generated completely at run-time, using pre-designed sections and filling the gaps with randomly generated fragments, - The level will have simple tile-based structure, but must support custom modular meshes to fill out the geometry, - The server must be able to distribute the level geometry information to clients upon joining the game (using the normal UE4 network replication or otherwise), - The procedural generation system must support both pre-designed sections, fully random levels, and a mixture of both. See the above Dungeon Architect video for an example. The completed prototype will have the following functionality: - Basic first-person player controller (UE4 built-in), - Basic command-line based multiplayer (no menu/lobbys etc. at this stage), up to 4 players, - Placeholder geometry, - No textures or sound. When started, the server must generate a new procedural level meeting the above criteria. When a client connects, they must be sent the level information and be able to explore and see the other players. Budget will depend on the agreed complexity (i.e., building a new solution or using an existing one). If the prototype is completed in a satisfactory manner we will be happy to continue collaboration on further development of this project.
