I've been stuck on a book for a while now. I've written a few hundred pages of content and am now recognizing that I need some help getting it organized and possibly another creative voice to co-author it with me.
The book centers on using technology to retain IT/IS talent by rewarding self-directed learning. It's a mix of editorial style opinions based off my twenty-plus years in the field paired with 'how-to' style instruction.
I'm not anticipating this to be a best seller, it is in support of my professional speaking gigs mostly. It will be an e-book, likely self-published with print on-demand available. I'm planning to migrate everything to Scrivener.
To qualify please have demonstrable proof of your ability to edit, show some above-average knowledge of technology, a background in learning and development would be great too.
