Must be an expert in excel, powerpoint, and Zendesk with GoodData for reporting.
Must be able to create and combine reporting from excel, Zendesk , and GoodData.
Must be able to use Zendesk as an Admin user, not just as a customer service tool.
I’ll give you access into the systems, examples of the reports I need, and examples of the power point presentations I’ll need with graphs based on the data pulled from these systems.
This is part time, with only a few reports to run each week, and two power point presentations per month. It could turn into more with the right person or company.
