1 year bonus depending on revenue, yearly bonus will be lump sum figure.
Thereafter, increment depends on the growth of the company as well as performance, it will be increment of profit share which is much more than just the pay.
Requirements for your team will be firstly you to organize your team time schedule to be taking the role of 24 hours 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Company just started up but going up slope gradually so it is foreseen a long term career prospect.
- Answering / making calls (existing not up to 10 emails and 10 calls from google voice but may increase as company just started) - Emails allowance to reply to inquiry are 5 minutes or 10 maximum. No calls are strictly be unanswered at all times.
- Virtual personal assistant in reminders / organizing messy day to day schedule
- Knowledge of fast search of information (Essential)
- VA also includes minimal knowledge of Microsoft office, bonus to have slight knowledge in wordpress as updating of data is required
Working environment either be very fast paced for half a day and very slow for 2 days or vice versa, as company just starting up and already did the calculations fairly.
