This is an easy job for someone that knows what they are doing. We are a US real estate investment company that is in immediate need of an experienced virtual freelancer that is familiar with real estate investing and is available pretty much 24/7. Ultimately, we have responses from leads that come in and we need to qualify them and assign tasks for follow ups ASAP. This position is for native English speaking freelancers only. Duties include: Monitoring for call backs from all numbers (lists) (call rail) Researching properties and scrubbing call backs from the list (Google apps and excel) Adding suitable leads to a drip campaign (voice and text, possibly email) (highrise and call rail) Speaking with leads and getting values (google voice) Finding, updating and adding leads to highrise Filtering appropriate leads to owner to follow up Filling out purchase agreements (PDF, Google apps and highrise) *Possibly managing other VAs. If you have prior experience with Call Rail, Highrise, Excel and Google Drive you move to the front of the list. I'm willing to pay for experience and knowledge of these tools. We are seeking a person that is professional in all situations, since you will be calling leads and some of them can be nasty (full disclosure). You will be the last POC between the owner of the company and need to qualify leads before they are assigned to him. This is a long term job and very steady. I need a freelancer who can setup an html form where people can submit images and videoes. The files must be uploaded to MY Google Drive. Not the uploaders Google Drive. The uploader must be able to upload the file without signing in to his/hers Google Account. The uploaded files goes to folders in Google Drive according to a choosen checkbox. In this project and my wireframe I will call them “tasks” The work will probably require understanding of the Google Drive API. Demands: The uploaded files must go to a folder in my Google Drive, that I decide. Could be: Google Drive-Root/Team 1/Folder-name-from-a-form-value Must support files up to 500 mb. The upload must be resumable Must have a progress bar that shows how much of the file has been uploaded during the upload. The form also needs integration to a Google Spreadsheet. The demands for this part: The form options/tasks must be controlled from the Google Spreadsheet. I need 100 tasks from the beginning but if I remove a task/mark a task solved in the spreadsheet, it will also disappear in the html form. And also if I add a new task during the day it will appear in the form. Everytime a file is uploaded to a specific task a link to the files public url is added to the spreadsheet. I have created a simple version of the html part that works. At the same time the task is marked solved in a Spreadsheet and a public url is posted in the spreadsheet as well. The textfields with the checkboxes can be controlled from the spreadsheet - new taks can be added and old tasks can be removed. Example: Task one is solved and I confirm it in the spreadsheet.
