We are a small marketing company based in San Diego and we are looking for an Virtual Assistant / project manager we will provide 20+ hours of paid training. This can be work from home or our office. Your job duties will include. Creating and maintaining email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Includes: 1) Set up and launch weekly email campaigns 2) Set up weekly gotowebinar. 3) Communicate with webinar recording manager 4) Answer live text questions on the webinar replay 5) Process customer refunds through 1shopping cart 8) Basic wordpress/htlm server stuff. 9) Manage monthly affiliate calendar. *Import and export data via CSV files in between databases. *export GoToWebinar attendees and add to our email marking database. Occasionally answer phone for customer support to people having trouble ordering online. *Creating and actively managing the company Marketing calender. Managing current outsourced marketing projects *Create daily task reports on all open projects. A basic understanding of wordpress and HTML is required. The ability to work and complete tasks with little to no instruction is a huge plus also the ability to finish a task to 100% completion is a must. A master understanding of Microsoft office is necessary. This position is very detail oriented. The pay is $20 an hour to start plus a monthly bonus based on company performance. This position is 25 hours a week to start with the ability to advance to full time as it goes well.
