I'm a product manager and former developer who is new to rails. I want to first show off how easy rails is to use to my client by building a simple rails app with some default behaviors like a landing page (public) a login panel, a private home page and then an admin page (for admin users) for user creation. The site will only have some static content, which I will want to edit and then update (personally) I want to host it online (I'm thinking herok, but need to decided and would like suggestions) I want a quick tutorial on how to change static content, how to build and deploy. 1-2 hours of screen sharing. If my client agrees to use ROR I will then be looking for a Rails developer to help build the app and this person will have a huge leg up.

It has around 50 models, so you should be experienced in Rails in order to be not overwhelmed. We love Ruby/Rails and so should you. If you are doing Rails projects from time to time without really having a deeper understanding of it, this job might not be for you. But if you are as passionate as we are and have fun trying new gems and techniques, then you are very welcome to our team :) You should know what Agile Software Development means. We are using Pivotal Tracker for it. These are the most important parts of our Stack: - Ruby On Rails 4 - Twitter Bootstrap 3 - RSpec/Cucumber/Capybara - HAML - Devise + CanCanCan - JavaScript/jQuery Further we are using: -...
