This person will need to know how to use Google to conduct research on real estate topics. They will research and schedule 10 posts per 1 month time using a schedule. They will schedule Monday as news posts, Friday Funny picture, Report weekly, manage growth & messages. On LinkedIn, they are going to send 30 emails per week as connection requests. On Twitter, they will find relevant folks to follow and track if those folks follow me back. If they haven’t followed me, they are removed. They will need to be consistent & timely with good communication skills. We are looking for someone to assist with Social Media posting, content curation, community management, paid advertisement assistance (targeted posts, etc), and running social media reports to send out as PDF's. This role would be in support of the main organization (creative services, wedding services, photography, design) and one additional client of the company which specializes in promoting travel to their island destination. So, the ability to "change hats" from client to client is a must.
