For my job I hire nurses to work remotely. The hardest part about the hiring process is assessing their technical aptitude. I need a test to help me assess their current knowledge as well as their ability to learn new technologies and techniques. The nurses we hire are typically LPNs (completed 1 year of nursing school). They need to have a solid understanding of how to use internet/browser based software, Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google products. This does not have to be an overly long test, but I dont want it to be all multiple choice. For instance, our current method is simply giving them some test credentials to our software and asking them to find out certain information.
