We need help in the greater Boston region in coordinating hiring efforts after closing the VC funding round.
You would help us part time in:
- hiring top-talent team members for the growing technology company, for engineering&development (SW + HW), sales, marketing and admin functions
- developing offer letter content, legal terms, employee hand book
- collecting data for competitive comp package, cash and equity, for each position and location
- exploring best ways to hire employees also in other states and countries
- preparing us to engage with PEO provider, such as ADP/Trinet
We expect that you have experience in working with early stage technology company in HR function, you are well networked and you live in the greater Boston region. You would have direct/hands-on experience in running a HR /hiring program, and you would be an outgoing positive ambassador of our company, with the latest creative skills to attract the top talent.
