We are a US/Indian BPO company looking to set-up a boutique operations in the Philippines (in Manila and Davao City).
You can work from home or our office in Davao city.
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening them based on our requirements, and setting up interviews (Face to face in our office, or over telephone as the need may be).
Once the candidates are offered a job, you will be responsible to follow-up with them to ensure that they accept the offer and job the work.
This is an ongoing - long term assignment, and not a short term assignment.
You can be paid a fixed monthly fee or a performance based compensation based on how many candidates you help us recruit. These could be negotiated.
