We have a small organiser system to manage Staff, Patients, Facilities and Residents that we need to convert to PHP/MySQL. It's was originally developed in Node.js/Ember built over a MongoDB database.
It's not too complicated, and basically allows the logged-in user to create 'connections' between Staff Members, Practitioners, Residents and Facilities. Events can be added to the connection, and scheduled for specific times.
There isn't a written specification, but I do have a copy of the original Node.js project running in CodeAnywhere.
I am a PHP developer, however, we have so much work at the moment we need to use an external resource for this project. When it comes to coding, I have high standards, (bordering on OCD :), and it is important that the final code be well written, have in-line documentation (where required) and be well presented for the ease of ongoing maintenance. Ideally, I would like the project to utilise the Bootstrap & jQuery Frameworks.
