I have a functioning MS Access database that tracks a product from production through to sale. It has:
7 x data tables (1 is for users, 1 is for companies, 1 is for shifts to record when uses log in, and the rest are for product info, sale info, packing info, transport)
10 x list tables (for descriptions, countries, sizes, etc).
1 x variables table.
9 x primary forms (many have sub forms in the access DB, so Primary will be Shipping, and the subs will be parcels in that shipment).
1 x admin form (to edit all those lists, including add and edit companies/users)
1 x dashboard, that has multiple graphs (about 13 now) that can be filtered on date/time frame, or on other values, such as company, product, type, etc.
Each time data is entered, it records the UserID and DateTime, but that is currently built into the product's table (so when they add the product, it records who did it and when, then the next person adds a description, and it records who that was, then the next adds a value, and it records who that was).
There must also be a function to import an excel spreadsheet and add the data to the DB, matching the data on 2 fields.
This job is for skilled programmers only: no chancers! Delivery must happen quickly and on time! No deposit and no milestone payments. Payment on delivery only, which means installed on our server and working.
