I am the HR manager at BCS and need help updating our Employee Handbook in a couple of ways. I need an HR expert who understands HR legalities and handbook protocol.
1. I need 2 separate handbooks. 1 tailored to internal staff members with certain policies outlined in the handbook such as travel and expenses, etc. The 2nd handbook will be tailored to our outside field associates, that will be a little more generic. I have our handbooks currently, so updating the content in each is more important.
2. Update the legal HR content. i.e. new ACA laws, intellectual property rights, social media, ADA, EEOC, OT rules, and others.
3. Create these 2 handbooks into E-handbooks. They need to be electronic documents that can be emailed and saved on ones computer. When they open it, it needs to have a clickable contents page and flip like a book.... NOT read like a pdf document.
