I am the CEO of Moxie, a digital creative agency. We create digital products including: websites, web applications, mobile applications and more. I need an HR Professional who is willing to work on a as-needed basis. You will be responsible for interviewing the person on a Skype account with pre-planned questions, as well as filling out a survey and recording the interview. The interview will be 15 minutes, depending on your ability to end a conversation, and the report may start out being 15 minutes, but I do plan to automate it to make that shorter. You will be paid $10 per interview. With each interview and questionnaire process taking about 30 minutes total, you can earn $10-20 per contracted hour if that hour is fully booked. This person does not have to be in the US. However, I do need someone who can speak US English clearly. This is a trial run. However, if we work well, I can end this job, give you a great review, and start a new job with a better description to help you with your Upwork profile. Also, I cannot promise hours, but I will set a retainer of $20 for this project. So, if push comes to shove, you get $20 for qualifying for a job. If I don't receive any clients within a month, I'll close the project. You will receive a PDF with instructions once you are hired. Would prefer someone who is flexible with time between 8am to 7pm each day. However, you should get a 24-hours notice, so I won't expect you to always be at your computer for no pay.
