Participate in the employee lifecycle through, on-boarding, orientation, training.
Compile, prepare, maintain analyze various reports/data for HR.
Coordinate for Internal & External Audits and documentation process.
Act as Point of Contact for handling people issues.
Employee engagement activities.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, & Power point. Good with a data management.
Provide or create reports/charts/graphs that support human resources leadership in effective decision making.
Serve as a liaison for resolving employee-related issues with payroll & Compensation benefits team.
Preparing Monthly updates of HR Department
Handling and maintaining Employee Database and File Management.
Should be able to work in US time zone between 9:00 AM CST to 5 PM Central Standard Time
This will be a full time role, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week.
