We are growing rapidly and are currently searching for a part-time virtual assistant/HR generalist to help us build out our teams through Upwork.
If you’re an organized self-starter with good attention to detail, this is the job for you! This virtual assistant wil work closely with senior management staff to create and manage job postings on Upwork. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews and handling follow-up correspondence.
We are looking for candidates:
Who have several years experience in VA related work
Who can effectively screen proposals to pre-qualify candidates
Who has strong attention to detail
Who can manage schedules
Who have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Who are personable and professional
Who are highly organized and reliable
Who can work independently
Who value integrity and character
Who have experience with cloud-based communication tools (e.g. Google Hangouts and Gmail)
Who is able to work remotely from home (fast internet, functional laptop w/webcam)
