We are looking for a VBA / Macro developer which will help us to automate our Excel worksheet which will allow the Project Managers of our General Contractor company to follow the financial evolution of the different project we are managing.
The worksheet contain two specifics part: a synthesis of all the expenses of the construction project which need to be compared to the initial contractual budget, position by position, and which need to be updated automatically when new entries are done by the managers. Within the blink of an eye, we need to identify where we are making profits. The second part contains one spreadsheet per working position, and is presented like an invoice which contain contractual prices, accepted prices and in negotiation prices, with a new possibility (checkbox) to move each price between the mentioned category. Finally, all those invoices will need to be ordered in Excel according to our internal classification (numerical).
Optionally, it would be interesting to have another worksheet which will take all the on going projects, with each actual financial situation, to identify which projects are in red zone -financially.
All of this needs to be fully automated to the point that our Project Managers will only have to input their invoices and will not touch to any formulas. The files need to be in French language but I will provide the translation / script, when needed.
