We are looking for someone with direct sales experience and a strong working knowledge of Inbound / Content Marketing. This sales position is a remote position which will mostly be executed by phone. We have a very proven sales system right now that we want to plug you directly into so you can hit the ground running right away.
Having a strong sales background is preferred. At the core this sales position is not a “hard close” type of environment or position. Because the mix of leads will be warm and cold we focus on value, value, value and then sell type of sales structure. Sales Traits we are looking for are:

We’re Gingerbread Marketing, a unique Content Marketing company that is focused on helping B2B SaaS companies generate more leads. We create top notch long form rich blog content with a heavy focus on lead capture.
We need to hire a motivated salesperson (or two or three), to do this job full time, someone who has a hustler mindset, so our founders can focus on other parts of the business. Ideally the position will require a full 40 hour workweek. With any sales type of position it is predicated on how much you hustle. The beautiful thing is there is no earning ceiling with this position.
It's clear why we need a salesperson.
Well first, our service is very exclusive and ranges from $795-$4995/month.
You can work from home, work while you travel, make your own hours--we don't care. We only care that you have reliable phone and internet connections and that you do your job well. If you do that, you can be anywhere in the world to do this job. This job is truly location independent.
We want to make sure you’re rewarded generously for your work. Based on closing an average amount of sales you can expect to make in the $50k-$85k+ range. or $4-7k+/month
We are currently closing 5-10 deals per month but we are also not doing this full time. We expect someone who really hits the ground running full time to close even more thus making even more.
We also have a stellar bonus structure for certain monthly sales thresholds. (to be discussed)
It is important that you have the right mindset, commitment and hustle to work hard and you will be rewarded generously. The sky's the limit here. Literally there is no income ceiling.
This Sales position is unique in the way you will obtain leads. It will be a combination of a few areas:
Inbound Leads from our company website
Outbound Leads generated from our in house lead team
Warm leads from job Marketplaces
Events, Referrals & Networking Opportunities
SO, WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
You don’t need to know how to code or build a computer from scratch but you need to know your way around a computer and be very familiar with all the latest apps such as Dropbox, Screenflow, Quicktime, Google Drive, Google Apps, Screen sharing, ActiveCampaign, TeamWork, etc.
Having a strong knowledge of Inbound and Content Marketing will be key here. This is the core of our service offerings. Having a strong grasp of this type of marketing strategy as well a strong understanding of Software businesses and SaaS companies will really give you a leg up on this position and set you up for the greatest amount of success.
Hard Working & Hustle Mindset:
This job will be fun, but it won't be so easy you can coast at it. Just because it is remote, do not think is a "passive income" job. By doing this and maintaining your sales pipeline you will be on track to hit our estimated income goals and beyond. As you know building a strong sales pipeline is key in any sales position so you should expect the first month of this position to be dedicated to this.
There are a few experienced-based qualifications that are not required, but would certainly be bonuses:
Strong Knowledge of the SaaS industry and familiar with these types of business models
Strong Inbound Marketing Knowledge
Strong Content Marketing Knowledge
You are familiar with all major content marketing influencers
