We need hardworking assistants for our real estate brokerage and investment company based in California, USA. Must have strong work ethics, Speak Fluently in English, has fast and reliable internet connectivity. Assistant will be primarily responsible for lead generation and marketing with multi-channel campaigns (online, direct mail, social media). Tasks will include: Create & maintain database. Coordinate direct mail campaigns. Implement drip marketing strategies to develop leads and that will convert into appointments. Update & maintain web site. Follow-up with web site e-mail. Schedule appointments. Create brochures, postcards, letters and presentations. Experienced with Google docs, sheets, slides & maintaining Google drive. Ability to utilize skype, google hang outs, phone/video conference calls, and share screens to communicate daily at start of shift and throughout the day for progress and challenges.
