I've been working on a design for a product related to skateboarding for a while and need some help to finish. I have a rough idea of how the product will work and look but some of the details need to be finalized. The product involves attaching foam or foam-like materials to a skateboard so strong knowledge of foam products is key and some knowledge of skateboards is also helpful. I just set the budget at $100 as a placeholder, I'd like to discuss the details first and then agree on a timeframe and rate if possible.

i have a 3040 cnc machine here i just got from ebay. i want to make pcbs with it and have everything installed including mach 3. everything runs great. i even know how to make the necessary g-code files. but i have a few problems how deep my cnc goes to drill/scaling/finding the board outline file. it only barely goes downwards in the z axis, it doesnt make much of a hole... also, scaling, how can i make it as big as its supposed to be? i know in mach3 you can scale it but its by percentages lol and how can i get the board outline file? thanks oh and one more thing, when i import the g-code into mach3 there's no way i can make the edge of the board line up with the edge of my cutting area, it just stays half way on the cutting area and half way off. when i try to move it all it does is extends itself lol if you can answer these questions and maybe even help me at the same time im trying to figure it out (live) then that would be great. you must have knowledge about...

Our company is producing Chinese Lantern Festival, here you can find what it looks like via google image search result https://www.google.com/search?q=chinese+lantern+festival&es_sm=93&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=GIqiVYrMFti4oQTD57GwBg&ved=0CC0QsAQ&biw=1280&bih=620#tbm=isch&q=%E7%81%AF%E4%BC%9A What we have been always doing is lantern projects as you can see from the pictures. For doing a lantern project, there is a number of workers (include mechanicians and craft artists) to work on-site to finish a large scale lantern exhibit. And we can make all kinds of shapes of lanterns in all different sizes. The finished lanterns only can be displayed for once (it is not demountable and cannot be re-installed), they will be disassembled after the exhibition and the materials of lanterns are just partially recycled. Needless to say, it's a big waste and it doesn't meet economic concern. Now, we're thinking about redesigning our lanterns (for example lantern in Christmas deer) and developing...

Specifically: - Scratch resistant - Lightweight - Rigid (crush-proof) - Wheels - Hinged lid - Carry strap - Pull handle - Rubber stops (for when case is placed on the ground) The case should accommodate a full size cello plus 80 mm of engineered foam. The scope of this project is the conceptual design of the external case only. Internals will be done later.
