Our organization develops adaptive elearning courses in partnership with universities and other academic institutions. We work with faculty to create adaptive online and blended versions of their face to face courses. We are looking for instructional content writers who can help write engaging, student facing, online instructional content when given objectives, research, resources, and some minimal direction and feedback from faculty and our senior instructional designers.
Candidate must be able to write engaging instructional content based on sound instructional design principles, current adult learning theory, and elearning best practices regardless of the subject area. Candidate should also have a strong working knowledge of fair use and copyright law. Subject matter expertise with web and mobile development, information management, or human computer interaction is a plus.
