We are a boutique employment law firm that represents employees, mostly women. This front-line phone position is key for our firm and we view it as a sales position more than merely answering the phone. We use a VOIP phone system (RingCentral), so position can be handled remotely. Person in this position will need to enter contacts into Infusonsoft and move them through various campaigns. Our call volume varies between as few as 3-5 calls per day to as many as 15. The person in the position needs to be available 8:30 to 5:30 EST, but many not have to do firm business during large chunks of that time. The firm will provide the phone. High-Speed Internet connection required. We currently have someone in this position, but she will be scaling back to a few days per week and may eventually move on to a different position with the firm.
