We are a WordPress oriented agency looking for someone to run customer support. Familiarity with WordPress, web design, and online marketing is a MUST. You should be good enough with WordPress to handle any tasks that come in that will take less than 15 minutes (i.e. move this picture here, update this text, install this plugin). Familiarity with Infusionsoft would be a HUGE plus here.
You MUST be a PERFECT English speaker able to work on US business hours.
Your main job is going to be to take incoming requests and direct them to the right people. However, if jobs are small, you can just take care of them.
Familiarity and ability to quickly troubleshoot other software is huge. i.e. - I need to set up a 2nd network in Ning, can you do that for me? or I need to connect my Leadpages page to Infusionsoft. or our Zapier zap stopped working (if you understand that one and can fix it, triple extra credit)
We don't have a huge budget. And, again, you don't need programming ability for this job - this is not a custom design or programming job. But you do need a real understanding of the internet, websites, and particular WordPress' interface with those two things.
