We currently run a yahoo store and are considering development of a new store in a up to date shopping cart technology. Our biggest pain point is that we aren't getting enough reorders from the customers in our database. We want to automate this with infusionSoft or other CRM system. However I'm not sure what exact functionality they provide and how to leverage it for our business.
