My name’s Chet. I work with a company that’s looking to integrate Infusionsoft with Google Docs to manage our automated sales system (within Infusionsoft).
We find that our sales reps work best and most effectively when updating a spreadsheet in Google Sheets rather than in the Infusionsoft platform. We want to construct a 2-way API between a Google Spreadsheet and Infusionsoft. (If something updates in Infusionsoft, it needs to update in Google Sheets. If a sales rep implements something into Google Sheets, it needs to trigger the appropriate actions within Infusionsoft.)
We want to integrate fields (both native and custom) into the Google docs and have them pass into Infusionsoft. From there, we can use API goals in Infusionsoft to trigger our automation, tags, etc.
