Currently the client record all order information inside Infusionsoft order records. These records contain the data that the outsourced tailor partners in Hong Kong, India and Vietnam use to create the suits - such as measurements, material etc.
Every hour a routine needs to run where by web portal/database is updated with all of the new orders and their containing information.
These data views should be specific to each outsource partner, they should only see the orders assigned to them - this is specified inside the order in Infusionsoft.
The outsourced partners need a way to manage the status of the order, by updating the spreadsheet/interface. This in turn should feed back into Infusionsoft and update the status of the order accordingly.
