I am helping a client to make an elearning module that helps viewers to learn how to invest in real estate. You will be the one to design the curriculum for a series of short videos totaling 60 minutes each. I will give you instructions, similar to the ones attached in the zip file, with the training's topic, title, specs on what to cover, and a list of sample materials you can draw from or copy word for word. You will decide which materials to use, and what order to put everything in - basically preparing everything in advance for the person who makes the powerpoint presentation and records their voice talking over it. Specifically, we will need you to do the following: a. Review the specs & source material b. Assemble – Show Notes, which is a quasi-script outline someone will follow when recording a video (see example in zip file) c. Find/Create/Spec – 3-10 Downloadable Training Resources (as many as possible). These can be anything from cheat sheets and checklists to implement what is covered in the training, to samples, lists of links and resources, or instructions to give a designer to make an infographic from. I realize that the number varies, so I will need to pay by the item for these to be fair. See "Cheat Sheet" and "Facts" in the zip file to see what these would look like when done. Source material: (i) the instructions we give you, (ii) our massive in-house stockpile of content, and (iii) by interviewing me since I am very experienced at real estate. To get a feel for what's involved, watch this video. You would be acting as the "Content Chef" as they define it: http://screencast.com/t/hBWQKmXf5zX I'd like to do one of these trainings together to see if we're a good fit. I've been asked to make 2 per month so if things go well then I will hire you to make more on an ongoing basis. I estimate this should take 10 hours or less based on having made one myself in the past. A zip file is attached with an example of the instructions you'll be given, and the deliverables you're in charge of. NOTE: I made these myself and I need you to really impress me and do a better job than I did. Also, I am willing to pay by the hour because the # of resources varies, but in general I would expect this to take 10 hours or less because that's what it took me when I did the last one.
