Hello - we have a liability insurance quote from Wells Fargo and some of the terms/conditions look pretty suspect, but we don't know how to interpret them (might be fine). They are not being helpful or willing to change the default template. Since this is an important claim for us, we need to make sure it truly covers what we need it to cover.
Work: review the contract (PDF attached) and send us thoughts/feedback on suspects clauses.
PAGE 8 - Coverage of Medical Payments
*not clear if medical payments refer to injuries incurred by clients during use of products (we need this)
PAGE 8 - Exclusions
*pt "e" Athletics / Activities Excluded
*Not clear if this refers to clients, employees, or everyone? The whole point of the policy is to cover use of product, full stop, so this seems dishonest
PAGE 8 - "e" (bottom)
"All court costs..."
*not clear if this covers us for legal fees in the case of a suit, which would be pretty huge.
PAGE 10 - SECTION III Limits
*some of the language here seems to say that "bodily injury" is NOT covered? But language is super cryptic.
PAGE 12 - 5. Premium Audit
*seems like they are saying they can change rates as will? Unclear what this means.
Let me know if you can help.
