Hi, I am working on starting up a small one man show IT startup. I am currently doing a free Java online video course, with plans to later sell courses on my website. I have lots of law / copyright related questions, like under which conditions can I reuse an image that I bought (partial) rights of? Do I need a cookie warning? Privacy Policy? Terms of Services? Imprint? Cookie and Google Analytics Warnings? Setting up a contract with future customers, that are going to buy / rent my videos or monthly subscribe to my course. Also I could use help to write "legal pages", if needed. As I am on a small budget, I am just looking on some constant help on an "as needed basis". If you are interested in this job, please do NOT send me a copy & paste CV - instead, write me personally about your knowledge in the area, and how a cooperation between us could look like, for example. Last but not least, here is a list of the terms, privacy and copyright pages of websites in a similar field like me: —> I like how it starts in a funny, easy way! :)

We are a baby brand that are looking to launch a new product which has similar traits to existing products, and would like to ensure we stay away from any patent infringements. As such, we are looking for an experienced patent lawyer/attorney (or otherwise) to write a Freedom to Operate opinion for our product which is to be sold in the USA. We will be able to provide you details of our product, and a similar competitors' product that has a "patent pending" indicator that we can't seem to find either a provisional or full-blown application on file for with the USPTO. We would also like to know whether there are any other patents that we may be in breach of with the current design we have for our product. As we continuously launch new products, this may turn in to an ongoing work. We look forward to hearing from you! Many thanks :)
