We're looking to contract a programmer to develop a data visualisation. The project is part of a regional initiative with UN bodies - UNESCO, UNFPA and UNAIDS. The visualisation will show on going progress of a project shown here: youngpeopletoday.net. I have some design background but really need the technical and data visualisation expertise to make it a reality. This project started in 2013 and includes 21 Ministries of Education and Health in Eastern and Southern Africa who are committed to scaling up better quality education and health for adolescents. We're now coming up to the 2 year anniversary of the project and would like to launch this data visualisation as part of highlighting progress.
