Small web design firm needing some admin help immediately. Below is a list of all tasks. I have broken them into 3 categories and will considering hiring 3 different admins. GENERAL ADMIN for help with email etc. TECH SUPPORT ADMIN to help clients with email troubleshooting MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN to assist with marketing Here are the details: TECH SUPPORT VA TASKS: help clients troubleshoot email issues setup new hosting accounts coordinate hosting transfers setup new email accounts reset email passwords update account quotas APPROX TIME: varied between 1-2 hours / week. Will need to be able to respond to clients within 60 minutes. GENERAL SUPPORT VA TASKS: Manage email manage/sort remove spam assign tasks to team members ( website updates, password resets etc) sales related - mark as HOT Customer Support Manage website updates ( do yourself or assign to a team member ) test website updates before alerting client contact clients with past due bills contact clients with expiring credit cards Manage CRM updates ( currently using ACT but may need to switch to something more cloud based) Assist in hiring new contractors MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA VA TASKS: Newsletter creation and management using constant contact Some content will be provided and some may need to be written/acquired Social Media Management Posting of content (some supplied, some will need to be acquired) a minimum of 1x/week for facebook/twitter/linked in
