San Francisco based entrepreneur with multiple businesses is seeking a highly organized and willing go-to person to help bring some sanity to his life. Duties will include scheduling of meetings and calls, filing, booking travel, planning events and coordinating details with vendors, partners, processing payroll etc. This Responsibility will also include sorting out mail, scheduling bills to be paid as well making calls to vendors and creditors. There will be some light bookkeeping involved. It is important due to the sensitive nature of some of the financial documentation you will work with that you have a clean criminal record.
Familiarity with Quickbooks will be a great plus but not a determining factor. The position will also include personal/familial miscellaneous errands and tasks, allowing me to operate more efficiently with my time.
Flawless english a must.
This position will be close to full time- Must be able to work west coast time... in the US.
