Morgans is a new brand of quality natural toiletries delivered at affordable pricing. (www.morgans.me). Our store is setup on Shopify. We have about 12 regularly selling SKUs that require inventory management and periodic purchasing. We are looking for someone primarily with inventory management experience. It is useful to also know Shopify (and the Inventory Planner plugin), but not a requirement. The workload is not very high because we only make purchases once a month on average. But it's important that the inventory is attentively tracked so that we place orders on time and do not run out of stock. It will be necessary to perform a quick check of inventory levels roughly 2 times per week. With purchasing included, I do not expect this work to consume more than 5-10 hours per month.

Setting up a new small business. Looking for e-commerce specialist to consult regarding our needs. What we need to accomplish: - Multi-warehouse inventory control. (4 inventory locations) - Multi-channel automated listings with auto inventory adjustments across all channels - Channels include - our own website and ebay to start. Then Amazon and others. - Multi-currency operation. Typically - year/make/model search (Automotive related products) - sync/integrate with accounting software. (To be determined, but thinking QuickBooks Online) - multi-price levels (wholesale and retail as well as specific pricing per customer) - hidden area for specific logged-in customers (IE - Dealer section) - Optimized for mobile use first and desktop second. - There is a service component of our business. Technicians in the field should be able to complete an invoice from their mobile device. - Paypal integration, other possible payment gateways - Backorder / special order / pre-order compatibility As a small startup with only 3 SKU's to start with, we are probably looking for something scalable. Revenues for the first 6 months or so will be extremely limited so cost is an important factor during that time period. Low volume of transactions as well since our primary customer is a wholesale customer that will buy less frequently but with more volume than retail sales. I have some experience with Zen Cart but I don't think it will meet our needs. Considering Magento Community, but willing to look at all suggestions. I have a Year/make/model plugin for Magento, but I am having troubles working my way through adding new items quickly and efficiently. Will pay for consult / recommendations and depending on the outcome then to setup the ecommerce platform. Cosmetic/graphic design component is not really required at this point. More looking for the functionality aspect. Currently have my own shared hosting. Zen cart is working fine on it but Magento seems to be extremely slow. May need to make some changes or optimizations. Starting a new company. Need to set up QuickBooks Online in whatever format you prefer following CAAP. As a QB Pro-Advisor you should be able to get me a discount on the software. There will be a heavy e-commerce segment to this business. Experience working with plugins/add ons is a must. - Canadian LTD Corporation (already set up) - Business has a Service / Labour component. Contract 3rd party workers need to be able to set up billing via their mobile device. - There is also a retail/wholesale sales component.
