We are a health services organization that offers on-demand services in three different methods- seeing a doctor online at the comfort of your home or office, doctor house call, and getting treatment at neighborhood walk-in clinics. There are all convenient, affordable and high quality services that can replace certain visits patients used to do at their primary care physicians office or at the ER.
There are many competitions in the space in each of the three methods mentioned above. Given this is a new category of service in this industry, we want to know how our competitions are doing in terms of customer growth, user acquisition, and pricing strategy, customer experience and so forth.
It's possible that some are doing better than others. It's also possible that everyone is struggling with getting consumers to adopt these newer healthcare delivery methods.
We are looking for a creative problem solver / researcher who can find out as much information as possible about our competitors. This may be done by using the search engine to find publicly available information (free or subscription access), any personal connections you may have, infer popularity and usage of competitors' service by drawing reference to information you can find.
Will provide more details about our company and names of our competitors once we move to the next step of dialogues.
