I am looking to source pizza data and have a report written and completed before 1st November. We require THREE different people who can gather information to give us a subjective findings and each person will be paid US$40 per report.
This will be an very interesting project for someone who enjoys research and is able to source and data gather into a report with graphs and spreadsheets. I am looking for a report written in word with data in excel. All sourced information will need to be referenced and evidenced in an appendices.
With the report on the pizza industry in Indonesia, I am looking for the following information to be covered and analysed.
Market size - When was pizza first introduced to Indonesia?, market penetration, consumption figures and trends. I need to understand fundamentally is this a growth or decline market.
Competitor food sectors - What are the threats to the pizza industry in Indonesia?
Pizza competitors - Who are the international (franchised) and national players?, Are there any large independents? Competitor wise I need to benchmark 2 (two) international pizza chains and 3 (three) national Indonesian - (Indonesian created companies) who are pizza chains with at least 10 outlets (in total) across Indonesia in: East, West, Central Java and Bali.
I also need to know what the most popular pizzas (toppings wise) are and what's trending in pizza across Indonesia right now. What styles of 'pizza base' are the most popular and what are the sizes offered? Are pizzas made to authentic Italian recipes? if so or not, how? Is there a demand for gluten free? if so please explain are prices higher?
Distribution understanding - How are people consuming pizza? eat in/ delivery? pick up numbers. What delivery times do take away companies offer /promise? What do pizza companies offer if pizzas arrived late or wrong for eat in or delivery?
Pricing and Payment Methods - What are the prices paid for each size of pizza? Are sizes standardized, and if so how? How do people pay for their pizza? Do competitors offer electronic payment or is cash still king? What means are people using to order pizza, Phone, App or Walk in? What are the delivery charges for pizzas delivered to customers? Is there a minimum or maximum radius delivery from a store?
Loyalty - Are there loyalty/ customer retention programmes offered such as 'buy one get one free', discounts, free pizza after buying XX amount of pizza? What do other companies, who offer fast food offer? Do pizza companies make specialty pizzas at festive times, if so what?
Salaries - Data to show what staff are paid (pizza makers, office staff, servers, delivery staff) need to have evidence of pay.
Suppliers -Who are the wholesalers for the pizza trade across Indonesia? How are pizza companies sourcing their ingredients and suppliers? Need to especially understand suppliers of authentic (Italian) ingredients including 'Double Zero (00) Flour', 'Marzano Tomatoes', 'Fresh Yeast' and 'Mozzarella Cheese'.
