I'm looking for someone awesome to take over my ongoing bookkeeping and client billing needs.
Initially, the job will mainly involve monthly data entry and reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online. I currently have 2 checking and 2 savings accounts, a business credit card, and a PayPal account. Statements for the previous month will be uploaded to Google Drive at the start of every month. You will need to enter the data into QuickBooks, categorise expenses, and reconcile the accounts.
Additionally, you will be expected to save a few monthly reports from QuickBooks and email those to me every month.
In the future, there will also be some client billing elements to the job, including preparing invoices in Harvest, following up on late invoices with clients, etc.
There may also be occasional payroll and expense tracking/reporting aspects to the job.
You should have:
