Hello. I'm running a business in US (single owner of LLC), but I'm a non-resident and live in another country. What I need is someone to: - Explain what taxes do I have to pay. Do I have at all? - Explain how the whole process works. - Calculate the income tax. - Fill out the forms for me. - Explain how to avoid double taxation. What proof will IRS provide? From what I know: - I have to fill as solo proprietor. - I have a ECI (effectively connected income). Not sure. - I have to fill the form 1040NR + Schedule C (business). If you had the experience before - great. Please apply and contact me for the details, I will give you overview of my numbers, what I did, etc. Thank you.

I have developed a software for my website that is completely automated. The software acts as a "middle man" for a company using the service and customers using the software. The customer must fill out a w-9 tax form to use the service. My question is what requirements are needed to fill out this form online? Signature? Can it be a button that the customer can press --"I agree"-- instead of an actual signature? I have developed an easy to fill out mobile version of the tax form that will automatically transfer over to the actual tax form for the records. So again the question is -- Do I need an actual signature or can the customer read the info " you will be committing perjury etc...." then they just press a " I accept , sign and certify the above" button?
