Looking for an experienced developer that can take certain components from what certain developers have pieced together, review and make sure that everything is connected and functioning correctly. Please see more information below as well as the attached doc.
This WordPress site is a review submission site where different users (companies, employers, individuals, merchants, consumers) can submit positive and negative reviews. The files will have to be uploaded to a different server from Godaddy, to AIT.com's server. The plan here is to migrate the two files that are on Godaddy's server, make sure the codes are clean, perfect the site, and then transfer them to AIT.com's server to make it live OR use the second restored file displayed on the navigation bar of the cpanel since that's the one that had a few minor changes done to it by the previous company. However, you may want to inspect the first restored file in case the second file is identical to the first file. The few changes they had made involved removing a few email addresses belonging to the former developer. Use your best judgment.
You could view the site's structure, the facade and not what's inside it because the content has to be transferred first, on the most recent developer's local server: http://creditcard.rebuild-dev.com He is the one who added the Maintenance Message on the front page.
The following link doesn't show any of the pages, and it only allows me to log inside the WordPress:
I've created an admin login credentials for you. It's as follows:
The domain name is still pointed to the Godaddy with following name services:
Name Server: NS33.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS34.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
The IP address points to the new server I'll be on: www.ait.com after the site is finished.
The following is the login credentials for GoDaddy, where the files reside:
The files you need to be working on are inside the first two folders with the same name that have the word "restore" and are under /home/alexnouri2089a.
The very last developer worked on the files for a few hours and created a folder for himself inside public_html called "Lanceporter." I assume you could ignore it because he hasn't done anything with it except a general review of the files. But since he's used the file inside his own folder to be able to display the Web site in his own server (http://creditcard.rebuild-dev.com), you may find it useful to use the files in this folder. I don't really know. I leave that up to you.
I've attached the list of items that need to be done. Please write down the number of minutes or hours you think it will take for each task in each line's parenthesis. Kindly give me your overall assessment after your review of the files and the attached list.
As I said, once the site is up and running or even before that, I'm open to new features. I do, however, wish to add a chat room to it add to its value and traffic.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have and offer me your overall assessment (if possible) by tomorrow before I make a decision on what to do. I'm also open to building the site from scratch but I want to keep the look, layout and flow.
