We are looking for a professional writer to assist us in creating a WELCOME letter/email for our Real Estate Brokerage. This welcome letter will be emailed to NEW AGENTS that are hired with our company and gives an overview of our company policies, procedures and slightly highlights all the documentation being included (some of the documents attached to said email will need to have the agent review, sign and return therefor a polite request will also need to be included in the email body specifically identifying the documents) . The documents are also uploaded onto a back web server so the email will also need to include step by step directions (and possibly step by step screen shots) of how to get to the portal, how to login and how to navigate within the portal. If the project is completed with satisfaction I will grant the writer additional projects to help write these additional items: 1. WE ARE HIRING AGENTS content for our website/facebook/magazine advertisement/linkedin etc... 2. Recruiting packet material (package given to agent interviewing with our brokerage and considering joining the company) 3. We are featured in the local magazine 3 times a year and need material to write in those publications 4. Critique our website content, remove, add and mage changes. 5. Write bios for owners and all current and future agents for our website and other publications 6. Job Descriptions for all in-house positions 7. We have a blog on our website that we share on our face book page and other real estate sites and are looking for a writer to write daily content related to our area and real estate.
