I'm the owner of a horizontal direct-onal dri-ling contracting company in India with some prize rigs and work experience. I am looking to pass on the baton to someone else to lead the company. For this, I will provide you access to the leading job board website in India - naukri, from which you can search. You need to be completely familiar with headhunting, interviewing, etc. You'll, of course, start off by writing a Job Description (I'd rather you do it instead of me, since you'd have to own up to the task). The CEO doesn't need to be someone who is familiar with the business, but someone who has teh ability to run a contracting company. Of course, i'll provide pointers along the way. Depending on the candidate, I am willing to let him and other key employees buy out 50% of the company either through a leveraged buyout or by a deferred sale through accrued profits.
