On-site Deskside support engineer. Usual Office Hours.
On-site Deskside Support Service comprises of full life-cycle management - including installation/access provision, management, account administration, support, installations, moves, adds, changes and decommissioning old desktops laptops and other agreed peripherals plus connectivity.
Role may include:
1. Testing of new equipment, software or patches/updates to existing software will ensure/confirm interoperability with the deployed Office & Applications Systems Software.
2. Must be capable of providing:
- Break/Fix Service in response to equipment and software failure incidents
- Installation Service in response to authorised requests for new equipment or approved software as requested by end-customer
- Security Service (maintenance/deployment) for all approved desktop/laptop devices. The applicant is expected, as required to have knowledge of all hardware and software security patching under direction from Midas
