I need someone to help me develop a business plan that is due July 1st. It's for a class project but will also be used to help get my company further off the ground and blueprint it's future. This is a final project for the third and final year attendees and it needs to be accompanied with a powerpoint presentation in which I have a template and criteria. The presentation will be presented and defended to a group of peers (There is an award involved and I hate to lose). I will need to verbally describe my ideas to the freelancer so you must have good communication skills in English and be OK with some ambiguity at the beginning of the project. I have several credible examples to use as a guide however I would like some original and creative ideas. I would request that you be able to think for yourself and also as if you were in my shoes. Use your imagination and be able to make decisions. I intend on communicating well but again my vision is unclear thus the reason I am in need of help. I would like someone that doesn't mind charges or edits in order to fine tune the final project. Now for the good stuff! I own an auction company that consist of a few different divisions, including: 1. Consulting, Emceeing and Auctioneering at different Benefit/Fundraising Events. 2. Organizing, marketing and managing consignment auctions. 3. Contract Auctioneering and Announcing through partnerships with other professionals in the industry. The confusing part is that I am a licensed real estate sales associate. I hold my license with a local real estate and auction company. I have ambition to open my own real estate and auction company as a start up. In order to do this I must complete a broker management course and take the state exam. The only thing I have left to do in order to finish my online class is to submit a business plan. I am literally going to be killing two birds with one stone at the completion of this project.
