Hi, I wish to develop LAN multiplayer game using UNET . I need user be able to play game using WIFI hotspot and router. Reference game for multiplayer functionality https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appsomniacs.da2 Previous developer has finished some work. Here is list what he has done ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UDP multicast to broadcast server ip and other devices can listen it. Network manger is customized for Custom UI. Demo works well in router. Main Functionality: The device which make server can broadcast its ip and other device automatically gets the server ip(it can be game name as well) in the list On selecting server the client can join the game. Situation where user type ip manually is avoided and it was the key goal. Worst part start when any device starts Wifi Hotspot and other device joins it. Even Server creation fails. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I can share the previous developer demo code for reference. Question for develoer : Is it issue with UNET ? Does WIFI hot spot act different then actual router?
