Hi there, We are a group of researchers who build software prototypes as part of our research work. These prototypes span web, mobile, and some cloud technologies and platforms. Our normal R&D process involves deploying these prototypes with end users, collecting data and feedback, and iterating. We tend to practice lean R&D, and towards that end are looking for actionable, specific, advice on managing our software development process better. We'd like to engage with someone who is experienced in developing and managing software development for consumer-facing services and applications. We're familiar with some bug-tracking, continuous integration, source control, and project management tools. What we'd like someone to do is to take a look at our workflows and the friction points therein, and design a process that works for us. We're looking for a lean process, and want to exclusively leverage existing software development tools.
