As the Online Marketing Optimization person, you will be responsible for all A/B and Multivariate testing to improve the user experience as well as the on-site conversion rates across our core international and local websites.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person that has a passion for online marketing and looking to learn. If you have a huge amount of experience in Optimization and have good experience with HTML/CSS coding skills for websites.We will love to joining our team.
Design, co-ordinate and deliver measurable A/B tests across Medical Departures and Dental Departures web properties as well as key landing pages
Provide regular analysis to support the improvement of conversion rates
Carry out user tests and online surveys to get feedback about the user experience
Observe user videos on the website to make informed decisions on improvements of the user experience
Make use of tools to facilitate optimization and analysis of user behaviour based on quantitative and qualitative data, such as: Visual Website Optimizer, CrazyEgg, Unbounce, HotJar, UserTesting, Google Analytics etc
Work closely with the Website Development team in delivering new improved features on the website that is built according to Optimization best practices.
Monitor best optimization practices from market leaders as well as businesses with the same business model
Your success will be measured by the overall increase in Direct Booking and increase in Lead conversions on the website
Technical Skill Requirements
2+ years’ broad digital marketing experience
A high degree of numeracy is an advantage
Strong team player, able to collaborate with a diverse Marketing team on a wide range of projects
Detail-oriented by nature, but with a strong understanding of the human factors driving online behaviour
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Highly self-motivated, proactive and organised individual
High speed internet connection
Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interface
