As a small business coach and mentor, I’m mostly operating in Australia. I work one-on-one with small business owners to help them transform their businesses and their lives. I am looking for a part-time marketing assistant, with great all round understanding of SEO (White hat, Best practice), social media, email marketing, content marketing and all forms of digital lead generation. RESPONSIBILITIES Natural search (Google, Bing) is a big part of my lead generation integrated with an Automated Marketing system called Active Campaign. It is therefore important that you: - Are creative and proactive in the development and implementation of the marketing strategies and enthusiastic about exploring new ways of improving my SEO ranking across many search terms and about improving email and social media engagement; - Be able to communicate well and report on your work weekly, I anticipate that we'd have a fortnightly 'Work in Progress' meeting via Skype to discuss strategies and priorities; - Be able to approach tasks by 'thinking outside the box'; - Have a great design eye and design skills across Photoshop, InDesign & Dreamweaver or similar applications. JTS Home Enterprises is looking for a Social Media Manager (SMM) to assist and run the companies social media accounts, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Linked In. The Social Media manager will need to check each account three times a week. During this time they will need to follow different twitter accounts similar to our business (real-estate), also on twitter you will need to follow other accounts that are also following our account. In regards to Facebook the SMM will need to send out friend requests and also like posts from the accounts that are similar to ours. When running the linked in account the SMM will need to send out connection and accept connections from others. On all social media platforms the SMM will need regularly create/make posts with attached images or videos. These posts will not be blogs, but will be short one sentence comments/snippets that pertain to the real-estate business. Also any personal messages that are sent through the three accounts directed at us will need to be put into a word document and emailed to myself so that I can read and reply to each message, if I do not have the time to log back into the appropriate account it will also be the job of SMM to reply with my response to each individual message, ie copy and paste what I have written as a reply to the original message.
