Catalyst4mbas.com is looking for a Search Associate to work remotely on searches in Tokyo, Japan finding top talented people for organizations like Unilever, Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Deloitte, KPMG and more.
English speaking, reading and writing ability
Proactive and self-motivated are the most important attributes of successful candidates for this role
Experience in candidate sourcing and scouting experience across different channels (referrals, social media, alumni, agency, etc.)
Ability to support the Consultant and ability to multi-task and find good quality people focusing on saving time for the consultant
Experience in Google Search, and/or Boolean Searches
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline driven culture
Japanese speaking ability
Master’s degree holder
Knowledge of Talent Applicant Tracking System or other Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Bullhorn.
Experience working within the Japanese market is preferred

Organizing candidate calls or meetings into the calendar
Email writing to candidates

Keeping track of your hours and reporting on tasks accomplished.
Organizing information for events.
Finding and posting articles that MBAs are interested in.
