You will be sourcing candidates for Contract and full time jobs from time to time.
Looking for someone who can source and submit as many as possible resumes per day for every requirement assigned. Candidate submitted should be 90% match as per job description.
You should have a LinkedIn premium account (i.e. be able to contact candidates via LinkedIn) OR an account on a job board. I have direct relationships with clients in the US who need to hire software engineers, Admins, Developers, etc... I will give you specs, pay you hourly for sourcing, and pay you a bonus if we get a hire. Your task will be to find candidates, send them an initial message based on open job requirement and then set up phone screens with me.
We are in the Software IT Industry looking for someone who can help me generate qualified interested and PASSIVE candidates. I want someone who wants to be part of a team! I prefer someone who is:
- (MUST HAVE) Experienced with web research finding people (Boolean, LinkedIn, Internet, Google+, etc.). Find those candidates/people that others can't find. Local and across the US
-Should be able to do X-ray search, flipping resume search and other boolean expertise search methods to source candidates based on their website and-and links online.
- Can take a list of companies and get names, titles, email addresses, phone numbers (verified)
- Enter Data into spreadsheet (Excel)
- Provide job posting support on 100s of free job portals across the US
