Established Executive Search Firm within the Mortgage Industry is currently looking to fill multiple Branch Sales Manager & Loan Officer positions. Via this assignment we are looking for someone who can support with sourcing highly relevant candidate profiles for this position, meeting the criteria in the attached job description. It’s important to point out that we are only seeking RETAIL SALES Managers. Not Wholesale, Correspondent, Consumer-Direct, etc. Also, we are excluding the top 50 National “Big Box” Banks. The right person should have strong experience in recruiting and active sourcing of online profiles using techniques such as Boolean string search via Google or Bing and x-raying of sites such as LinkedIn, NMLS, Trulia, Zillow, Zoominfo, AngiesList, etc. This assignment can potentially lead to a long term engagement as we have many similar types of assignments on a regular basis.
I would like you to deliver a spreadsheet (template provided) with their name, title, company name, location (city), telephone & email. Those are mandatory for it to be of any use to us. A link to LinkedIn profile, link to NMLS, social media links, and personal website links, etc are also preferred, but they won't always be available. Personal & company emails when possible. This project is for 1000 candidates total, in multiple US metro areas. Actual cities/locations will be provided to you.
