Established Executive Search Firm within the Mortgage Industry is currently looking to fill multiple Branch Sales Manager positions. Via this assignment we are looking for someone who can support with sourcing highly relevant candidate profiles for this position, meeting the criteria in the attached job description. The right person should have strong experience in recruiting and active sourcing of online profiles using techniques such as Boolean string search via Google or Bing and x-raying of sites such as LinkedIn, NMLS, Github, Trulia, Zillow, Zoominfo, AngiesList, etc. This assignment can potentially lead to a long term engagement as we have many similar types of assignments on a regular basis.
I would like you to deliver a spreadsheet with their name, company name, location (city), link to LinkedIn profile, link to NMLS, social media links, and personal website links, contact number(s) and email address. Personal emails are preferred over company emails. However, company emails is better than none. Telephone numbers are mandatory. This project is for 1000 candidates total, in multiple US metro areas.
