What Is The Job We Are Offering? We need a recruiter (or team) that can devote the necessary time to work on a weekly basis by calling, vetting, recruiting and hiring a national distribution organization of agents for us. The agents will enroll qualified people into the FREE phone program. They DON’T SELL anything and there is NO COST to the recipient. How Many Do We Need? We need hundreds (300-500+) of agents nationwide. And because of the “turnover rate” we are always looking for new and more agents. This is a regular, year around recruiting program. It is not a project that starts and stops. You could be employed for a longtime. Who Provides The Calling List? Initially we will provide a Google Docs spreadsheet that has a list of pre-selected insurance agent leads (Our initial market). You will get 1,000 names and contact numbers each week. As long as you meet the goals, you will get a fresh list of 1,000 names and contact numbers every week. As long as you are successful you can keep this job forever. You will fill in your daily activity into the Google Sheets report. We will provide the script and train! What Is Required Of You? You are required to contact at least 100 leads each hour for a total of 2 hours or 200 leads per day. You will not talk to 100 because most will not be available, some not interested and some phone numbers will be bad. We expect for you to talk to approximately 10-20 out of 100.
